is owner and president of THREE SIX OH Public Relations, Inc. Candice has a thorough understanding of public relations, digital media and communications, marketing and management. A graduate of Riverview High School in Sarasota, Fla., Candice went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Florida in 1996. She started her professional career as a television news reporter, working on air in Gainesville, Fla., Salisbury, M.D. and Sarasota, Fla.
Currently a blogger on several news websites, Candice’s specialties include media relations and press writing, social media strategy and implementation, political consulting and complete digital image management.
Before launching THREE SIX OH in 2011, Candice served as the director of marketing & public relations for one of the largest developers in Florida, handling economic development initiatives and the marketing and PR for 10 different subsidiaries, including residential and commercial real estate, a sports campus, a downtown Main Street and more.
A dedicated community advocate, Candice sits on several nonprofit boards and is a dedicated community activist. She is a graduate of Leadership Sarasota 2011 and the Gulf Coast Leadership Institute 2012 and has lived in Sarasota since 1984, with deep roots in the community.
She was awarded a 40 under 40 award in 2012 for her work on a PoliticallyPersonal.com, a non-partisan blog, and was a finalist in the Greater Sarasota Chamber’s Small Business awards in 2013 for Young Professional of the Year.
Candice has strong and established relationships with key individuals in every local news organization and meets regularly with editors and reporters to pitch stories for a diverse lineup of clients. Having seen PR from a journalist’s perspective, she has a unique knack for finding newsworthy nuggets about every company she works with, writing up those stories effectively and pitching them to ensure maximum earned media value.

Alicia King Robinson
is the Director of Public Relations at THREE SIX OH. A Venice, Fla. native, she oversees the public relations and account management activities, including PR planning, media relations and social media management, for the agency’s clients.
Specializing in consumer public relations and media relations, Alicia brings over 10 years of experience to THREE SIX OH and previously worked in the nonprofit and agency sectors. She has worked on various clients including ClosetMaid, Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates, Florida Prepaid College Board and Remington, among others.
A graduate from the University of Florida, Alicia received her bachelor’s degree in public relations with a concentration in business administration. GO GATORS! She is on the board of the Rotary Futures College Resource Center and a member of Designing Daughters of Sarasota and the ShelterBox USA’s PR committee. She was in the 2016 class of Leadership Sarasota County.
Alicia, whose love of fashion and eye for stylish living began at an early age, is a contributor to Sarasota Magazine’s What I Wear to Work column (along with other fashion-inspired content) and Venice Magazine’s shopping section. She was a previous contributor to the Observer’s This Week in Sarasota.

A true native of Sarasota, Fla., Lauren McElyea is the Public Relations Coordinator at ThreeSixOh. After graduating from Sarasota High School, she became a proud Seminole at Florida State University. Highly involved in the making of her high school yearbooks, Lauren moved on to become a production editor with a leading magazine company. With ThreeSixOh she assists in all areas, but specializes in graphic design, writing, editing, video editing, and social media management.

Customer service is a lost art form these days, don’t you agree? Today, together with ThreeSixOh CEO Candice McElyea, Jaime partners with organizations in various industries, including homebuilding, lobbying, education, finance and more to install the change management needed to increase customer satisfaction, grow customer base, drive sales, develop team members, train leadership and increase brand awareness. A graduate from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Jaime earned a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communications and started her professional career working in hospitality onboard with Royal Caribbean International Cruise Lines as cruise staff and social host. Being able to interact and connect with all types of nationalities, she learned that it is not the old adage, “treat people as you want to be treated,” but better yet, “treat people as they want to be treated.”
After a few years at sea, Jaime started working in nonprofit fundraising. She worked with St. Anthony’s Hospital and Manatee Community College in event planning and corporate sponsorship. It was that opportunity that gave her a new perspective on making a difference and giving back to your community. From there, Jaime took her skills and set forth with a new adventure working as a New Homes Sales Consultant for Lennar Homes. After excelling in sales and being selected for Leadership Council, she knew she needed a role where she could inspire, motivate and share her enthusiasm for sales, customer service, coaching, and most of all, people. That’s when a position as Area Sales Manager was created for her. That role was the opportunity to create a new sales training process and make a difference. It was then that the “training bug” bit Jaime and created a path for success. The training Jaime created proved to be extremely successful when new hire were outselling tenured sales reps.
After leaving Lennar, Jaime was inspired to develop customized training for companies that represented everything she knew was important to foster the best training, branding, customer service and leadership development. Jaime is a certified DISC Behavioral Styles Instructor and certified in the Dimension of Professional Selling.

Jen Blanco is a writer for THREESIXOH. She enjoys getting to know each one of her clients on a personal basis and sharing their stories through blogs, website copy, press releases and more.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Jen received her bachelor’s degree in journalism with minors in professional writing and business. GO BUCKEYES! During her time in Columbus, she worked for the OSU School of Medicine’s communication office and the student newspaper.
Prior to joining the THREESIXOH team, Jen spent nearly 10 years as the Sports Editor for the Observer Media Group where she covered high school athletics across Manatee and Sarasota Counties. She received numerous Florida Press Club and Florida Press Association awards for feature and spot news writing during her time at the Observer. Her specialties include writing, editing, social media and photography.
A native of Stow, Ohio, Jen currently resides in West Jefferson, N.C. with her family.

A Utah native, Brittany recently relocated to the sunshine state. As an account coordinator, she will assist with the day-to-day project and client management. Brittany is well versed in social media and will also help the team with the social media management of the agency’s various clients.
Since graduation Brittany has worked in the healthcare, education and government sectors. She received her bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
